We are introducing Petits Pains & Co.,  a bakery where modern, ancestral, and artisanal techniques embrace each other to produce the highest quality, most delicious breads and breakfast pastries. At Petit Pains,  they live and work by their motto “Rise to the occassion”, striving to produce and deliver the most superior quality products, while maintaining and honoring ancient tradition and savoir-faire. Their viennoiseries are baked exclusively with French butter, they make their own “levain” according to a age-old recipe, and let their dough rest and rise for an exceptionally long time, leading to well vented breads with an earthy taste.
